HOW TO USE
High in vitamins, antioxidants and fibre, oats are perfect for porridge, in homemade muesli or soaked to make overnight oats. They can also be used in a variety of baked treats and desserts. As these oats are only minimally processed they may take longer to cook than other brands.
GROWING & PROCESSING
Our Organic Australian oats are sourced from Aussie growers. The organic oat groats are lightly steamed to ‘stabilise’ them, then rolled flat into flakes.
