Organic Rolled Quick Oats are smaller in size than traditional organic rolled oats as the oat groat is chopped into smaller pieces before being rolled into a flake. This creates a thinner flake that is quite fast to absorb water compared with traditional rolled oats.  

Our Wheat Free Oats are oats that have been grown and processed in a dedicated mill to ensure the entire production chain remains free of contamination from gluten products. They have been batch tested for gluten and no gluten was detected within the limits of the test (<5ppm). 

What does Wheat Free or Gluten Tested Oats mean?
The national food safety standard (FSANZ) prohibits the use of a ‘gluten-free’ claim on oats and oat-containing products. As such, we have called them Wheat Free to confirm that they are free of contamination from wheat, rye, barley or any other gluten-containing products.
